Alle strittigen oder unvollständigen Punkte bilden die Grundlage für den Hauptnachtrag zur Übergabevereinbarung, in dem der Werftleiter eine Aktion und einen Zeitplan für jeden der noch zu lösenden offenen Punkte angibt. Der Betrag der ausstehenden Arbeiten kann nach Ermessen des Kunden einen weiteren Aktionsplan in Bezug auf die letzte Zahlungsrate und die Ausführung der ausstehenden Punkte festlegen, sei es auf dem Gelände der Werft, vor der Abnahme des Schiffes oder bei zukünftigen Garantiearbeiten, die Teil des Abnahmevertrags sein werden.
Im Rahmen der Endkontrolle vor der Übergabe des Schiffes überprüft, testet und katalogisiert unser Team alle losen Gegenstände an Bord, die den Baubeschreibungen, dem werkseigenen Versandkit und den erforderlichen Lieferantenhandbüchern entsprechen.
